Poet’s Walk, a Spring Hills Memory Care Community in Leesburg, will hold its grand opening on Wednesday, April 11. The program will highlight Poet’s Walk Care Flowers Program, Signature Touches, Signature Dining and more.
Located at 102 Desmond Plaza SE, the standalone memory care community incorporates successful programs that have been used in Spring Hills communities throughout the country, including comprehensive Alzheimer’s and dementia care. The atmosphere is designed for people in need of a safe, comfortable environment where they can thrive as independently as possible with the assistance they require from a team of specially-trained professionals. It can accommodate up to 68 residents.
During Garden Gala Grand Opening, the center will be transformed into an Enchanted Garden, including a harpist, pianist and string musicians, a gazebo filled with vines, twinkle lights, an ice sculpture, vases with fresh herbs from the Poet’s Walk garden. The Spring Hills Senior Communities President/CEO, Alexander Markowits, and more members of the corporate team will attend.
“We work hard to provide services and support for our memory care residents and family members in a luxurious setting. Opening this community in Leesburg and expanding throughout Virginia is an honor,” Markowits said.
